When practising as a Solicitor A-R Mireles Romero dealt with commercial matters involving multi-jurisdictional issues and disputes to include passing off actions, registration and infringement of trade-marks, international distributorship agreements, insurance and shipping matters, administration of companies including advising on company law, conflict of Laws, international debt recovery and Real Estate transactions.
She is fluent in English and Spanish, and has a reasonable understanding of written French, Italian and Portuguese. She has been educated at Spanish and various British academic institutions and is a graduate of Oxford University and the University of London.
