Whether a particular documentation requires only to be Apostilled or the additional Consular Legalisation, depends upon whether the country where the document will be produced is a contracting State of the "Convention of 5 October 1961 Abolishing the Requirement of Legalisation for Foreign Public Documents."

As a London Notary Public practice we are well positioned to undertake the Apostille  and Consular Legalisation.
