Mireles Romero is pleased to introduce Pro Bono notarial services to clients waiving its fee or reducing substantially its fee for notarial services in exceptional cases upon referral by a national, local or international organisations including Embassies.
We do so with enthusiasm and professional dedication as we agree with Thomas Jefferson's words in 1816 " I believe...that every human being feels pleasure in doing good to another ".
Worth noting at this juncture that given the nature of our work, we do not undertake court representation work (either as pro bono or otherwise).
The benefits of pro bono to some organisations such as Charities are enormous, for they would have to use funds that could otherwise be spent undertaking the charitable work it was registered to carry out.
Acceptance of such referral will be based upon the nature of the transaction at hand, the personal and or financial circumstances of the prospective client and upon the identity of the beneficiary under the notarial transaction and likely time involved.
